* "Miracles do happen," Justin told Brian, reminding him that they couldn't know what to anticipate the rest of the day while he secretly planned his trip to the airport to pick up Gus.

* "Too many lights and candles for a fucking made-up holiday," Brian muttered, a bottle of booze and Justin in front of the fire all he needed to get through the night.
